Mr. Rodwell Gwelengwe is a Researcher and Business Development Assistant at the Indaba Agricultural Policy Research Institute (IAPRI) with over three (3) years of experience in agricultural research, project development, and stakeholder engagement. Mr. Gwelengwe is highly skilled in data analysis, data collection, proposal development, and market research, supporting evidence-based agricultural innovations, climate change and environmental management. He holds a BMC. in Environmental Education and Management from the University of Zambia and is currently a Final year Master’s student in Development Studies at Information and Communication University (ICU). Mr. Gwelengwe is highly skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research, proficient in data collection tools such as ODK, Cs-Entry, Survey CTO, and Kobo Collect, and has expertise in data cleaning and analysis using Microsoft Excel, Stata, and SPSS. His work contributes to policy-driven agricultural research, ensuring sustainable environmental and agricultural solutions.
