Our Funding
IAPRI has provided services to both the Public and Private sectors. Key public sector clients include Government line Ministries and agencies who are involved into policy development and implementation to transform the agricultural and food sectors including the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA), Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock (MLF), Ministry of Trade, Commerce and Industry (MTCI), Ministry of Community Development and Social Welfare, Ministry of Green Economy and Environment (MGEE), Ministry of Finance (MOF), Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA), and Food Reserve Agency (FRA). In addition, IAPRI has provided empirical evidence to a wide range of stakeholders including parliamentarians, cooperating partners, farmer unions, commodity associations, Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOS) and civil society.
Under its BDU, IAPRI has catered for the increasing demand for general and investigative studios related to agriculture and rural livelihoods development from different stakeholders including Government departments, NGOs, international agencies, donor-funded projects, private sector organizations, universities and individuals. These services are tailored to the needs of each particular stakeholder client.
