This report covers various activities undertaken during the year 2012 to implement the strategic plan of the Institute.

Since the beginning of the operations of IAPRI in May 2012, the institutional development was been driven by the strategic plan. In the strategic plan, the areas of focus were:

1. Providing quality research and policy analysis;
2. Stakeholder policy dialogue including facilitation of CAADP process;
3. Strategic alliances and organisational capacity building; and,
4. Governance, finance and administration.
